Absolutely not. Placement, installation, and ongoing maintenance are completely free to you. We earn our revenue through machine sales — your only role is to provide the space.
We monitor inventory and restock before items run out. For most locations this means weekly visits, though high-traffic spots may be restocked more frequently. You can also contact us any time and we'll respond within 24 hours.
All repairs are fully on us. If a machine has a technical issue, just give us a call or send an email and we'll have someone out to service it as soon as possible. There is no repair cost to you, ever.
Yes! We work with you to customize the product mix based on your location, demographic, and any preferences or restrictions. We also adjust based on what's selling well and seasonal demand.
